Und wie sind sie erkennbar? \nDas Thema ist von Relevanz – weit über das Feld der Informatik hinaus. Das für den 28. Oktober 2026 (10:00 bis 14:00 Uhr) geplante FiF & ELIZA-Forum bietet Gelegenheit zum notwendigen inter- und transdisziplinären Austausch. \nDer für Fragen der Desinformation international ausgewiesene Kognitionspsychologe Stephan Lewandowsky von der University of Bristol (UK) konnte für einen Vortrag gewonnen werden. Sein Thema: „Desinformation\, Misinformation\, and the Fate of Democracy“. Flankiert werden Vortrag und Diskussion von einer Podiumsdiskussion\, moderiert von der Darmstädter KI-Forscherin Iryna Gurevych. \nAn der Podiumsdiskussion nehmen außer Stephan Lewandowsky und Iryna Gurevych Andreas Kaminski (Philosophie)\, Christian Reuter (Informatik)\, Anna Rohrbach (Informatik) und Jonathan Tonglet (Informatik/UKP) teil. \nVortrag und Diskussion werden in englischer Sprache sein. Der Vortrag wird durch KI-generierte deutsche Übersetzungen in Textform ergänzt. Fragen werden aber auf deutsch gestellt werden können.
